Bill Williams ने AO को Alligator के साथ develop किया। Formula simple है: AO = 5-period SMA (median price) - 34-period SMA (median price)। Median price = (High + Low) / 2। Output histogram के रूप में plot होती है, zero line के around। Positive bars = bullish momentum (short-term MA above long-term)। Negative bars = bearish momentum। Color coding: green bars = previous से higher, red bars = lower। यह quick visual momentum की direction देता है।

AO Trading Signals
