Multiple Time Frame Analysis (MTFA) professional trading की foundation है। Core idea: single timeframe पर based decisions incomplete हैं। Different timeframes different information reveal करते हैं। Typical approach: (1) Higher timeframe (Weekly, Daily) - overall trend और major levels। (2) Intermediate timeframe (4H, 1H) - swing structure और intermediate levels। (3) Lower timeframe (15M, 5M) - entry और exit timing। यह "top-down" approach है - big picture से details तक।
MTFA Application (Alexander Elder's Triple Screen)
Alexander Elder ने "Triple Screen Trading System" में MTFA को formalize किया: (1) First Screen: Weekly trend - direction (indicators like MACD histogram)। (2) Second Screen: Daily oscillator - timing within weekly trend (stochastic, RSI)। (3) Third Screen: Intraday (30-min या 15-min) - actual entry। Rules: केवल weekly trend के साथ trade करें, daily oscillator के extreme पर entry, intraday पर trigger। यह systematic approach है जो randomness को reduce करती है।
MTFA Practical Example
